The steel jacketed large cylinder series products of Jiangnan Dryer Company are primarily used in the specialty paper industry and are essential core components for both single and double large cylinder paper-making machinery.
This series of jacketed large cylinders adopts a sandwich structure. Only steam circulates within the narrow space surrounding the outer circumference of the cylinder, and a unique drainage mechanism is designed, significantly reducing energy consumption and production costs. The shaft core and cylinder body adopt an interference fit structure, providing stable rigidity and greatly extending the service life. Depending on the production of different paper products, the cylinder surface can be coated with different layers, such as chrome plating, spray coating, etc.
