Our company is a domestic manufacturer specializing in mirror cylinder faucets. Our products are primarily used in industries such as digital photo paper, filter paper, thermal paper, and plastic film. Specifically, our market share in the digital photo paper industry exceeds 95%. The mirror cylinder body is crafted from high-quality, fine-grained steel plates that have undergone ultrasonic Class I flaw detection, ensuring optimal quality for subsequent mirror processing. After meticulous grinding, the cylinder surface is first coated with a base layer of opalescent chrome, followed by a hard chrome coating. Following these coatings, the surface undergoes 3M ultra-fine polishing, resulting in a finished product with a roughness level of Ra0.006 (mirror finish) or higher (per the old standard ▽14).
