On September 22, 2025, the fifth 22-foot MG cylinder manufactured by Liyang Jiangnan Dryer Manufacturing was loaded and shipped. Accompanied by the whistle of the transport ship, it successfully arrived at the APP Group Jindong Paper Industry Base on September 27, and was equipped with Voith-designed PM6 paper machine.
This MG large cylinder, weighing 200 tons and with a diameter of 6.7 meters, serves as the "core component" of paper-making equipment. Its transportation has always been a challenge in the industry. Before the start of this transportation, Chairman He of Jiangnan Dryer Company personally led a professional logistics team to visit the site of Jindong Paper multiple times to explore the route and develop a plan. They also submitted an application for an over-limit operation permit to the traffic management department in advance to ensure that every detail of the transportation, including lifting at the dock, would not affect the MG large cylinder, guaranteeing a perfect delivery to the customer's site. During the official transportation process, from Jiangnan Dryer Factory to the dock for transfer, multiple challenges such as over-limit transportation by land and dock compatibility by water were overcome.
