The series of gloss cylinders from Jiangnan Drying Cylinder Company are mainly used in the paper deep processing industry, such as coating white paper and carbonless copy paper, and are used in conjunction with pressure rollers to achieve calendering and leveling of the paper.
This series of glossy cylinders are all welded structures, with rolled cylinder bodies, flat end caps, and shaft heads that are hot installed, ensuring that the dryer can withstand a line pressure of 150KN/M and a steam pressure of 1.0MPa. The overall stress relief treatment after welding, dynamic balance correction, precise grinding of the cylinder surface, and complete production process ensure the reliability of the gloss cylinder and extend its service life.
The glossy cylinder surface is coated with hard chromium of 0.1mm or more, with a hardness of HRC65. The surface roughness can reach mirror finish as needed, and the cylinder surface runout is within 0.02mm.
