The gloss cylinder series are mainly used for the coated white version paper and carbonless paper deep-processing industry, which can calendar and flat for paper sheets when matched with press roller.
These cylinders are welded structure, rolling shell, flat end plate, hot assembly for the shafts, which is designed to ensure the cylinder can bear the 150KN/M linear pressure and 1.0MPa steam pressure. After welding, uses the overall stress relieving, dynamic balance for checking and fine grind for the surface to ensure the reliability and service life.
The plated hard chrome of surface is above 0.1mm, and the hardness reaches HRC65.The surface roughness can reach mirror-surface and run-out within 0.02mm.
